Arrivals, Departures and Transportation

Arrival is done up to 48 hours prior to the Opening Ceremony and departure up to 36 hours after the Closing Ceremony.

The official points are entry are:

• Åre Östersund Airport
• Östersund Central Station (railway station)

Transportation from the points of entry to accommodation will be arranged by the Organising Committee. Volunteers will be available at the airport to assist all participants upon arrival.

Transportation from the accommodation sites and Forum venues will be organised by the Organising Committee.
