The Organising Committee will provide the following services to the participants:
accommodation and meals;
the necessary local transportation between the official arrival point (international airport or other entry point) to the accommodation and Forum venues;
an adequate and efficient information system to keep the participants duly informed on the programme of the Forum;
first aid and medical transportation, as per Clause 3.5;
educational, cultural and sport activities, including the relevant facilities, equipment and Internet connection.
