To participate in the FISU World Forum, all delegations must meet Sweden’s entry requirements, including passport, visa, and travel insurance regulations.

Policy of entry permits and Visas

Entry requirements vary depending on the nationality of the participants. Some delegations will need to apply for a visa in advance, while others may be eligible for exemption or simplified procedures.
Each country is responsible for verifying its requirements through official channels (embassy, consulate, or government website).

Visa application

If a visa is required, applications must be submitted to the nearest Swedish embassy or consulate.
The Organising Committee can issue an official invitation letter upon request to support the visa application process. You may notify the Organising Committee once you are registering for the General entry.

Instruction on entry to Sweden

  • Passports must be valid for at least [6 months] beyond the date of entry.
  • Upon arrival, authorities may request proof of accommodation, return travel documents, and valid health insurance.
  • All sanitary, customs, and immigration regulations must be strictly followed.

Visa-exempt Countries
