FAQ
Who can register and participate in the FISU World Forum?
Only the following individuals may participate in the Forum:
- Members of a NUSF or of a CUSF;
- students who are currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at a university or similar institute whose status is recognised by the appropriate national academic authority of their country;
- former students of the institutions mentioned in b) who have obtained their academic degree or diploma in the year preceding the Forum;
- Universities’ representatives; and
- guests invited by the Organising Committee or FISU.
How much is the participation fees?
For NUSF/CUSF:
70 EUR per person and per day – 5 days
For Healthy Campus University Representatives:
230 EUR per person and per day

What are the deadlines to register?
Deadlines for entries:
- General entries (engagement of participation) at least six (6) months before the beginning of the Forum;
- Quantitative entries (confirmation of participation) with the number of attendees, at least three (3) months before the beginning of the Forum;
- Individual entries (conditions for participation) for each attendee, one (1) month before the beginning of the Forum. Substitution of attendees is not possible after this individual deadline.
